Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, I request at least a 24-hour notice. I do require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be fifty percent of the service. If you are 15 min late or more for your service, unfortunately I will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient. The same will apply if you No-Show to your appointment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the cancellation fee will be waived.
